Simple and Easy Return/Exchange Policy:
VRI Respiratory Services LLC cares very much about its customers, and will make every effort to work with its customers should they need to return or exchange an item. Following are VRI Respiratory Services LLC return and exchange policies reference and review:All of the equipment and machines (not stated as 'refurbished') which VRI Respiratory Services LLC sells are covered by standard manufacturer's warranties. If the customer purchases an item and finds that it is defective within the warranty period, VRI Respiratory Services LLC will gladly help the customer replace or repair the item based on the manufacturers' policy. To arrange a warranty replacements or repair, please see below for instructions. Shipping charges may be applied based on the manufacturer policies as well.
Purchases may be returned for whatever reason within 15 days of purchase - as long as the original manufacturer's packaging has not been opened. Once the returned merchandise has been received at our location, inspected and approved as in original mint condition, customer will receive a full refund for the original purchase price - minus a 15% handling and restocking fee. The original credit card or PayPal account which has paid for the purchase will be refunded. Refund may take up to 3 business days of item exception. However please be considered, that in case order has been originally shipped free of charge, shipping charge may be applied in case of item return.
Please note: An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained by a Customer Service Representative for every return or exchange. If a customer received an incorrect item due to an error with our Shipping Department or a wrong description on our website, VRI Respiratory Services LLC takes full responsibility for that, and will replace the order or refund the order in full. VRI Respiratory Services LLC will also supply shipping charges for the return of the incorrect item. Manufacturer Warranties:
All of our Respiratory Equipment & Machines carry a Manufacturer Warranty. If a machine or equipment malfunctions, please feel free to contact our office to verify that the machine is still under warranty. If so, our Customer Service Dept. will arrange you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note: Warranty claim decisions are the solely at the discretion of the manufacturer, there may be an additional shipping and handling fee. Customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office.
How to Prepare a Return/Exchange a Product:
To return or exchange an item to VRI Respiratory Services LLC please follow our three step process:
1) Your Return Authorization Code. Clearly mark the return package with your RMA number.
2) Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material.
3) Insure Your Package. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Please make sure the item is insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached VRI Respiratory Services LLC This will protect you in case your package is lost in transit.
